​Richard W. Haller, 90, of Coleman died Monday September 5, 2022 at Meridian Acres in Sanford.  He was born March 13, 1932 in Geneva Township the son of the late Martin & Olive (Griswold) Haller.  Dick served with the United States Air Force during the Korean War.  He married Shirley Bishop July 14, 1978 in Midland.  She preceded him in death July 13, 2018.  Dick retired from the Dow Chemical Company in 1986 after 36 years of service.  He was an active outdoorsman.  Dick enjoyed big game hunting, playing dominos and cards.  He drove Meals on Wheels for 30 years. 
 
Survivors include his children: Erma & Paul Vogel, Norma Haller, Kim & Tammy Haller, step-daughter Deborah Bishop, step-daughters-in-law Ramonda Bishop, Kelly Kloha, 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, many loved nieces and nephews.  Dick was also preceded in death by his step-sons Michael and Tom Bishop, brothers Dexter, Ronald Haller, sisters Ruth Harshman Nash, and Zella Rease. 
 
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Thursday September 8, 2022 at the O’Laughlin Funeral Home, Inc. with Rev. Lisa Kelley officiating.  Burial will take place in the Geneva Township Cemetery, North Bradley.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6-8 pm and on Thursday starting at 10 am until the time of services.  Memorials may be directed to the donor’s choice.
