Bobby Joe Wells, 69, of Coleman, died Sunday January 1, 2023, with his family by his side, at Isabella County Medical Facility in Mt. Pleasant. He was born May 17, 1953 in Gladwin the son of Harley & Bonnie (Sersaw) Wells. Bobby married Debra M. Dunlap June 19, 1970 in Midland. He was employed as a mechanic working in the Coleman area all his life. Bobby enjoyed fishing with Roger Warner and working on cars. His greatest joy was the time he spent with his family. Survivors include his wife Debra of Coleman, children: Joseph & Julee Wells of St. Louis, Jason & Louise Wells of Coleman, Bruce & Kayla Wells of Coleman, grandchildren: Jessy & Vivinne Wells of Oklahoma, Jacob Wells of Mt. Pleasant, Jordon & Shayla Wells of Coleman, Chelsie & Matthew Kennard of Midland, Harley Wells of Coleman, Wyatt Wells of Coleman, , great-grandchildren: Atticus Wells, Jameson Wells, Violette Wells, mother Bonnie Wells of Edenville, siblings: Keith Wells of Coleman, Marilou Smith of Edenville, Kathy Childs of Hope, Debbie Warner of Beaverton several nieces and nephews. Bobby was preceded in death by his father Harley, brothers William and Dennis. Cremation has taken place. Burial will be in the Edenville Township Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
