Lynn Marie Blackmore, 60, passed peacefully on April 20th, 2024 in her home surrounded by family and loved ones. Lynn passed after a long fought battle with cancer, leaving no stone unturned. Lynn led with love, grace, resolve, and faith every step of the way.

Lynn Marie was born on January 14th, 1964 in Mt. Clemens, Michigan to two proud parents, Ronald and Pamela (Greiner) Navigato. While a student at Michigan State (Go Green!) Lynn met the love of her life and greatest supporter Joseph "Josh" Josiah Blackmore IV. The two would marry in the name of the Lord on July 30th, 1988. They would start a beautiful family with three unique and exceptional children, Joseph "Josiah" V Blackmore, Sydney Elise Newell, and Wesley Terrance Blackmore. Their family is rooted in adventure, love, and most importantly Jesus. The Blackmore Clan was later expanded by three "bonus children'' Abbi Blackmore, Kevin Newell, and Jeanette Blackmore. Lynn also cherished her latest role as “Nana” to Navia Jo and Joseph "Jovi" Josiah VI.

Survived by her father Ronald Navigato and his wife Helen Navigato who supported and comforted Lynn. Predeceased by her mother Pamela (Greiner) Navigato and brother Terry Navigato.

Those who had the honor of knowing Lynn know she was kind, caring, giving, and graceful. She had a sense of humor that in a card game could knock you off your chair in laughter. She was full of adventure, often outside hiking, scuba diving, and gardening. If you have been to the Blackmore home you know Lynn was a creative soul. She was always finding a new personal project making her house a home and a safe place for all. Above all else, she was a woman of God leading by example and sharing her faith with others.

Lynn Marie Blackmore was planted in a world of sorrow and suffering. Not only did she blossom to be radiant and beautiful herself, but she created an oasis all around her.
