​Richard A. McReynolds, 73, of Coleman died Saturday December 17, 2022 at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.  He was born December 28, 1948 in Gladwin, the son of the late Alva & Doris (Nevins) McReynolds.  Richard A. McReynolds married Pamela S. Decker May 22, 1976 in Coleman. Dick served with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.  He retired from the City of Coleman in 2005 after 32 years of employment.  Dick enjoyed camping, going to the Casinos, trips around the Great Lakes and he was a loyal Gunsmoke fan. 
 
Survivors include his wife Pam of Coleman, sons James & Courtney McReynolds of Paw Paw, Aaron McReynolds of Coleman, grandchildren Ashley, Izzy, sister Shirley Thompson of Coleman, brother-in-law John Geer of Coleman, several nieces and nephews.  Dick was also preceded in death by his sister Barbara L. Geer and brother-in-law John M. Thompson.
 
Cremation has taken place.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the Coleman Library.
