Albert C. VanBuskirk, 88, of Beaverton died Friday April 26, 2024 at home, with his family by his side. He was born August 16, 1935 in Harrison Michigan, Clare County, the son of the late Clarence & Bernice (Root) VanBuskirk.

Albert retired from the Local 85 as a pipefitter working in both Dow Chemical and Dow Corning. He owned and operated Al VanBuskirk Bulldozing and Trucking, excavating and building ponds in the area.

He also enjoyed playing country music in his country band “The Moon Liters”

Survivors include his children: Barbara Roser of Florida, Yvonne & Terry Brazenec of Texas, Diane & Kim Rhodes of Coleman, David & Suzan VanBuskirk of Virginia, Darryl & Sharon VanBuskirk of Sears, many grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, sisters Betty & Jim Baughn of Marion, Edith Mann of Marion, nieces and nephews also several half brothers and sisters. Albert was preceded in death by his wives: Shirley, Janice and Mary Lou.

Cremation has taken place.
