Brian R. Guza, Sr., 59, of Sanford, died at home Wednesday June 14, 2023, with his family by his side. He was born August 3, 1963 in Tawas, the son of Robert & Patricia (Saliard) Guza.
In his youth, Brian was very active in the Boy Scouts. He was received and welcomed into the Order of DeMolay. Brian R. Guza married Cammie J. Rought July 31, 1982 in Midland. He was employed as a truck driver delivering mobile homes throughout the area. Brian enjoyed deer hunting, boating, fishing and water skiing. He was also a NASCAR fan.
Survivors include his wife Cammie of Sanford, sons Brian & Kaelyn Guza, Jr. of Coleman, Jerrod & Jule Guza of Midland, grandchildren: Kenley, Charlee, Dane, parents, Patricia Guza of Caro, Robert & Marjorie Guza of Kawkawlin, brothers, Kenneth Guza & (Thomas) of Bad Axe, Douglas Guza of Mikado, sister Tracy Guza of Caro and other nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Wednesday June 21, 2023 at the Coleman Wesleyan Church, 110 West Webster St., Coleman. Friends may call at the church on Wednesday starting at 10 am until the time of services.
