​Connie K. Grove, 81, of Coleman, died Monday April 15, 2024 at MyMichigan Medical Center, Midland. She was born February 16, 1943 in Clare, the daughter of the late Cecil & Marvel (Bushong) Searight.
Connie Searight married Keith Grove November 3, 1962 in Coleman. She was formerly active with the Coleman Athletic Boosters and working in the concession stand. Connie had catered wedding receptions for several years. Throughout her career, she worked at Chemical Bank and Central Michigan University. She was a member of the Coleman Wesleyan Church. Connie loved spending time with her family, especially her grandsons. She loved the time spent camping with them when they were younger and often reminisced about the memories they shared.
Survivors include her husband Keith of Coleman, daughter Heidi Hart of Midland, son Kevin & Erica Grove of Auburn, grandsons Carter and Brady Grove, brother Craig Searight and Lori Love of Frederic, sister Nancy Moore of Harrison. Connie was also preceded in death by her son-in-law Samuel J. Hart.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be held 11:00 am Friday April 26, 2024 at the Coleman Wesleyan Church with Rev. Scott Hayes officiating. Friends may call at the church on Friday from 10 am until the time of services. Memorials are suggested to the Coleman Wesleyan Church.
