Kenneth R. Snooks, Sr. 79, of Mount Morris died Friday June 9, 2023 at Medilodge of Clare. He was born December 1, 1943 in Flint the son of the late Samuel & Edith (Walter) Snooks.
Ken served with the U.S. Army in Vietnam. He was employed as a long-haul truck driver. Ken enjoyed deer hunting, board games and playing cards.
Survivors include his children: Lisa & James VanBuskirk of Coleman, Kim & James Thomas of Swartz Creek, Rebecca & Morris Brooks of Gladwin, Marc & Jessica Snooks of Beaverton, 11 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, sisters Charlotte Henshaw, Edith “Tootie” Dame, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Samuel & Edith Snooks, brothers Fred and Alan and his sister Jeanette Slaybough.
Cremation has taken place.
